Here are some frequently asked questions for online account login when a customer is registered manually. 

Q: I registered this registrant on the back-end. How do they get their username and password? 
A: A person who was registered on the back-end of Camp & Class Manager by an administrator has not had a chance to create a username and password. 

Instead, it is necessary to send an email inviting the registrant (or parent) to configure a username and password. This is sent through Camp & Class Manager in the family’s account. To manually send an email invitation, please follow below steps:
 
1. Go to the People tab 
2. Locate the registrant and click on the name 
3. On the left side of the family account, click Send Invitation 

After it is sent, the registrant (or parent) must open that email account, locate the email invitation, and follow the instructions and prompts to create a username and password. 

When this process is complete, the registrant will be able to log into the online account.

Q: I sent the invitation but they never received it. What do I do now? 
A
: If the registrant reports never receiving the email or if it cannot be located, the email can be re-sent. To re-send, please follow below steps:
 
1. Go to the People tab
2. Locate the registrant and click on the name
3. On the left side of the family account, click Resend Invitation 

Q: How to I send this invitation to registrant's other email address? 
A
: The invitation can actually be sent to any email address before it is accepted, so if the registrant wants to try a different email, please follow below steps: 
 
1. Click Cancel (instead of Resend Invitation)
2. Cancel Invitation 
3. Click Send Invitation again
4. Enter a new email address
