Use GL codes to integrate Camp & Class Manager's financial reports into your organizational accounting.
You can create a library of GL codes in the account settings area, and then assign them to tuitions and session options. Your customers will not see the codes or the name you give to each code, but you can see them in Financial Activity Report and Transaction Report
When you run a Financial activity report you can group and subtotal items by GL code by selecting GL code from the Group by dropdown. In Transactions reports, GL code is included as a column in the report. Just like all other columns in transactions reports, you can click the column header to sort results by GL code.
GL codes are not tied to a particular season and can be used for as many items as you like across multiple seasons. When you Copy a Season, the GL codes associated with existing items are carried over to the new items in the newly copied season.
