You may follow the steps below to manager the authorized pick-up information for your customer from the family profile page:
  1. On the homepage, enter the child's name in the search bar
  2. Click on the correct search result
  3. You will be directed to the child's family profile page
  4. Click on the Authorized pickup button 
  • Note: If Authorized pickup button cannot be found, please contact support to confirm if this feature is enabled
  1. Click Edit button of the target person 
  2. (Optional) Overwrite their information by dummy information or new person's information
  3. (Optional) Click on the blue Authorized icon to change it to unauthorized
  4. Click on Save
Note: The customers can also manage this information by themselves following the instruction Manage Authorized Pickups in Online Account
