You may follow the steps below to manager the authorized pick-up information for your customer from the family profile page:
- On the homepage, enter the child's name in the search bar
- Click on the correct search result
- You will be directed to the child's family profile page
- Click on the Authorized pickup button
- Note: If Authorized pickup button cannot be found, please contact support to confirm if this feature is enabled
- Click Edit button of the target person
- (Optional) Overwrite their information by dummy information or new person's information
- (Optional) Click on the blue Authorized icon to change it to unauthorized
- Click on Save
