Set Tuition Capacity

Setting a capacity for a Tuition limits the number of that tuition option that can be sold. For example, if a tuition provides extra perks and the organization only wants ten participants to have this option, setting a capacity of ten will make the tuition unavailable once those ten are sold.
  1. At home page, under desired season name, click Setup
  2. From menu on right, click Sessions
  3. Click desired session name in blue
  4. Scroll to Base Tuition section
  5. Click Edit details next to desired tuition
  6. In Tuition capacity box, enter desired number of tuitions available
    • Note: Tuition capacity must be equal or lower than Session capacity. For example, if the Session capacity is 30, each Tuition capacity can be set to 30 at most. If one of the tuitions has reached capacity, then the whole session will show as FULL
    • Note: Leaving the Tuition capacity box blank will allow unlimited capacity. The total registration quantity will be restricted by Session capacity
  7. Click Save
