​Emails can be deleted for many reasons, like to remove clutter from the email lists or to remove duplicate emails in order to avoid confusion. 
To delete emails:
  1. Select Email tab
  2. Find desired email by searching key words, or by searching Scheduled, Sent, Drafts or Templates folders
  3. Check box to left of desired email and click Delete
  4. In pop-up, click Yes
Note: Verify the email to be deleted before completing the process as the email will be permanently deleted
