When registering a participant internally, you can search by name, partial name, or birth date. The system will display matching records or possible family matches.

  1. On the Register a participant page, enter the person's name and/or birth date and click Search
    • To search for family members, enter a last name
    •  To search for part of a name, use the wildcard character % (for example, enter %col to find names like Nicole, Cole, or Collin)
  1. Do one of the following:
    • If you find the correct person, click Register
    • If possible family matches are available and the person is a member of a family, click Select family
    • If you can't find this person's record, click Create a new record
