During a transfer process, a participant may either be refunded their processing fee or charged an additional processing fee depending on their ACTIVE Advantage (AA) membership status. Active Advantage is a membership program for participants, that among many other benefits, allows members to enjoy waived ACTIVE.com processing fees.
- If a participant was not a prior AA member, but becomes a member when completing the transfer; then the active.com processing fee may be refunded back to participant if new fee with AA is less than fee participant originally paid.
- If participant was an AA member at time of original registration, but has since cancelled their trial or allowed membership to expire; then they will be charged processing fee on new order
