New: FAQ - Rush Event (ACTIVEWorks Endurance)

A rush event is defined as any event that has a high volume of registrations per minute that may reach or exceed a pre-determined transaction capacity threshold for the platform. ACTIVEWorks-Endurance recommends you to notify your Account Manager (AM) or Technical Account Manager (TAM) of any rush events ahead.

The following are some frequently asked questions regarding Rush Event.

1. When should I notify you of a rush event in ACTIVEWorks-Endurance?
ACTIVEWorks-Endurance currently requires notification of 14 business days prior to the registration open date of your rush event. IMPORTANT: If your estimated registrations / minute is 1000 or more, the notification needs to be made one month in advance.

  • Note: Failure to send the rush event notification within the specified time period above may result in risk that the event has to be rescheduled/postponed. This is because ACTIVEWorks-Endurance needs time for resources to be scheduled and preparatory measures to be completed to ensure the smooth registration of the rush event.

2. What information about the rush event should I provide to Technical Support or Account Manager?
Please fill out the attached Rush Event Template with the required information and send to your AM or TAM.

3. What will ACTIVEWorks-Endurance do to ensure the smooth registration of my rush event?
Our corresponding department will have a dedicated agent monitor the registration specific for your organization for up to 2 hours.

4. When will you begin to monitor the rush event and for how long?
15 minutes prior to the Registration Start Time that you provided.

  • Note: We recommend that, when filling out the Rush Event Template, you provide the estimated rush event date/time which captures the initial rush of customers (15 minutes - 2 hours). It does not need to be the exact open period of the registration.
