Below are instructions to sell global merchandise items in an event:

Note: You will need to firstly create items under Global merchandise tab in Organization dashboard (Create Global Merchandise Item) so that they can be shown at Additional purchase step of Event setup

  1. Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
  2. Choose desired event from organization dashboard (HOME)
  3. Click Setup
  4. Click Additional purchases under Event setup
  5. Click Edit 
  6. Click Global merchandise from list on the left
  7. Choose desired global merchandise item
  • Note: Name, Description, Price, and Inventory only can be edited in Global Merchandise tab
  1. (Optional) Click Advanced settings for adjustments
  2. Click on Apply and Save
