Below are instructions to create global merchandise items 
  2. Click Create new item
  3. Select desired item from Templates or click Custom list on left
  4. Within Edit Properties section, edit product information
  5. Check box for Custom option and click Edit
  6. Edit item information within Edit item section
  7. Click Apply
  8. (Recommended) Click Add under Item details to create multiple product options
  9. (Optional) Click Advanced setting to adjust advanced settings
    1. Click choose file to upload an image
    2. Choose Active or Inactive for Availability
      • Note: Once the Availability was set to Inactive, it will become inactive for all associated event.
    3. Input your desired Report label
    4. Click Apply
  10. Click Apply
