To move entire heats to a new position after seeding
  1. Go to Seeding, select the Event and click Preview, or
  2. Go to Run, select the Event and click Adjust: F8
  3. In either option click Switch Heats
  4. Enter the heat numbers you want to have switch positions in heat order
  5. Click Ok
