Once the option "Don't ask again on this device after verifying" is selected, a cookie is placed on the device. This cookie remains active for 365 days, ensuring that the agency user won't be prompted to enter the verification code again when using the same device. However, if the browser's cookies are deleted before the 365 days expire, the user will be required to verify their identity again.

If you are still asked to verify every time, please make sure your browser isn't set to clear cache and cookie upon exit.
