Please follow the instructions as below to add a credit card:
  1. Open ACTIVE app
  2. Select Account
  3. Access profile information
  4. Hit View Profile > Yes 
    • Note: After clicked Yes, App will automatically jump to your mobile defaulted browser
  5. Log in to your account again on the website
  6. Scroll down and click Wallet Settings
  7. Click Credit card / eCheck or EUDD below Add a new payment method
  8. Full in desired Payment information, Billing address and Payment alias
  9. Click Add to my wallet   
  • Note: If your address is out of the USA, please Update My Account to update your address first.
