Once the default scheduler settings have been entered, you now have two options to generate a schedule for your program. You can generate a schedule for all your flights at the Program level or you can schedule your flights separately. Follow the steps below to generate a schedule for all your flights at once:
To schedule your flights separately, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Scheduler Settings page
- Check box for Regenerate match schedules for flights that have not been published
- Check box for Apply Default settings to all flights
- Click Generate Schedule
- Note: This will generate a schedule for every flight using exactly the same parameters entered for the program including number of rounds and day of play
- Navigate to Scheduler Settings page
- Under Schedule Level, select desired flight
- Enter in flight specific scheduler settings
- Start of Play
- Match Duration
- Round Robin Type
- Complete Round Robins
- Courts Required
- Day of Play
- Optional: Skip Day(s)
- Note: You can also import default settings by clicking Get Program Settings. Any of these settings can be modified and saved as well
- Click Save Settings
- Click Generate Schedule
- Repeat steps 2-5 for all flights
