When Program Coordinators are unable to add a coach or captain to their team, it is likely the Team Tennis coach/captain's background check approval has not gone through or has not been linked to their USTA account. Please follow the steps below to check if the coach/captain has passed their background check and is properly categorized:

- Go to USTA Safe Play Background Screening Results Page
- Enter Last Name and First Name
- Click SEARCH
- Ensure customer is listed and under JR. TEAM TENNIS category
- First Name and Last Name
- Coach/Captain's 16 digit NCSI Applicant ID number
- USTA or Team Tennis ID number
- Email address
