This article explains how to add or replace a logo in your email. You can include the default ACTIVE logo or upload your own.

  1. Click Email tab
  2. Click New > New email
  3. Enter Subject, Recipients, and Description
  4. Click Save and continue
  5. On Design page, drag the Image item to the email body
User-added image
  1. Click Select image
  2. Select Logo from All Types drop-down list on top right side
  3. Click desired image  
  4. (Optional) To add additional images, click Upload new image
  5. Click Save
  • Note: Your file must be in JPG, BMP, GIF, or PNG format; less than 2 MB; and ideally 178 pixels square. Larger or smaller images will be scaled to fit
