You can include the ACTIVE logo in your email, or add any logo you choose. To manage the logo on your email, follow the steps below for the email creation screen:

  1. On Create email message or Create email template screen
  2. On Create email > Design page
  3. Drag the Image item to the email body

  1. Click Select images and choose image from the image library 
    • If you would like to replace the default ACTIVE logo with your own logo, hover your cursor on top of the logo, and then click Edit. The Select logo image popup appears
    • If you have already uploaded images, they will display on the All images and Your images tabs. Select the image you would like to use and click Save
      • Note: You can choose to use images uploaded for other email areas as your logo. To view, select an option from the Type dropdown
  2. To add additional images, click Upload new image
  3. Select desired image
  4. Click Upload image
    • Note: Your file must be:
      • JPG, BMP, GIF or PNG format
      • Less than 2 MB
      • 178 pixels square is the optimal size, however larger/smaller images will be scaled to fit.
