You can tailor your customer's experience by Customizing Your Customer Account for your organization. One simple way to customize the appearance of the account your customers will use to manage their registrations is by adding your own organization's logo.

To add or edit the logo:

  1. In the top right corner, click User-added image
  2. Select Organization branding
  3. Click Change logo
  4. (Optional) Click Upload new image to select a file from your computer
    • Note: Images should be either JPG, BMP, GIF, or PNG format and less than 2 MB. Optimal image size is 280 pixels though image are scaled to fit
  5. Select image
  6. Save
  7. Click Save to complete changes
