When customizing your registration form, customer account, or email templates, you can upload and use several types of custom images to personalize your presentation. Each image type must meet specific format and resolution restrictions. Ensure all custom images use the PNG, GIF, JPG, or JPEG file type.

Registration form and online account

  • Background image resolution must be 1440 pixels wide by 900 pixels tall
  • Full width banner image resolution must be 1140 pixels wide by 238 pixels tall
  • Custom logo resolution must be 280 pixels wide by 280 pixels tall

Email templates

  • Header resolution must be 600 pixels wide by 100 pixels tall
  • Footer resolution must be 600 pixels wide by 200 pixels tall
  • Custom logo resolution must be 180 pixels wide by 100-180 pixels tall

The system automatically re-sizes images in order to fit the size of each space.

If your image is too large or too small, the final re-sized image can end up looking distorted or pixelated. To avoid this effect, make sure your image is as close to the required standard as possible. Use a graphics or 'Paint' program to re-size your images if needed.
