When you are customizing your registration form, customer account or email templates, there are several types of custom images you can upload and use to customize your presentation. For each type, make sure that they meet the following restrictions. All images must be of the type PNG, GIF, JPG, or JPEG.
Registration form and online account
- Background image: Resolution: 1440 pixels wide by 900 pixels tall
- Full width banner image: Resolution: 1140 pixels wide by 238 pixels tall
- Custom logo: Resolution: 280 pixels wide by 280 pixels tall
Email templates
- Header: Resolution: 600 pixels wide by 100 pixels tall
- Footer: Resolution: 600 pixels wide by 200 pixels tall
- Custom logo: Resolution: 180 pixels wide by 100-180 pixels tall
The system automatically re-sizes images in order to fit the size of each space.
If your image is too large or too small, the final re-sized image can end up looking distorted or pixelated. To avoid this effect, make sure your image is as close to the required standard as possible. Use a graphics or 'Paint' program to re-size your images if needed.
