If certain Classes or Seasons are not appearing in the online selection through the registration link, the cause could be one of the following:
Season Still in Draft Status
If a Season is still showing as a Draft, it must first be activated for any of its Sessions to appear:
The registration date for a class or event may have passed:
A class or event may be set to Internal Only. To change this setting:
If the Classes/Events are not showing online after trying these steps, please contact Support at 877-692-0111, option 2
Season Still in Draft Status
If a Season is still showing as a Draft, it must first be activated for any of its Sessions to appear:
- Click Home tab
- Click Setup beneath affected Season
- Select Activation on the right sidebar
- Click Activate
The registration date for a class or event may have passed:
- Click Home tab
- Click on Setup beneath affected Season
- Click Sessions on right sidebar
- Click on name of affected Session
- Change date of Close registration on field
- Click Save and Continue
- Click Home tab
- Click on Setup beneath affected Season
- Click Sessions on right sidebar
- Click on name of affected Session
- Change date of Open registration on field
- Click Save and Continue
A class or event may be set to Internal Only. To change this setting:
- Click Home tab
- Click on Setup beneath affected Season
- Click Sessions on the right sidebar
- Click name of affected Session
- Look for Display Settings at the bottom of page
- Set Display Status to Online
- Click Save and Continue
