CCM cannot merge accounts. If a family has two separate family accounts in your system, you can resolve the issue by moving registrations from the incorrect account to the preferred one.

  1. Cancel the registration(s) in the not‑preferred account
    • Note: If funds are associated with canceled registrations, refund the money instead of moving it to Account Credit Balance. Account credits cannot be transferred between accounts
  2. Re‑register them in the preferred account
