CCM cannot merge accounts. If a family has two separate family accounts in your system, you can resolve the issue by moving registrations from the incorrect account to the preferred one.
- Cancel the registration(s) in the not‑preferred account
- Note: If funds are associated with canceled registrations, refund the money instead of moving it to Account Credit Balance. Account credits cannot be transferred between accounts
- Re‑register them in the preferred account
