An accounts receivable report generates the amounts of outstanding balances that remain to be collected from registrants who are not yet paid in full. This report displays outstanding balances by time period, as well as if they are past due.

To run the Accounts Receivable report, please follow steps below:

  1. Click Finance tab
  2. Click Reports tab
  3. Select Accounts receivable
  4. (Optional) To filter on a time frame click Edit, input from date, and Run Report
  5. (Optional) Click Export to download an Excel file
  6. (Optional) Click Share to send report to other users within your database
  7. (Optional) Check box next to customer name and click Send email to notify customers of outstanding balances
