The Check-in report is a printable list that can be used at camp check in. It includes participant info, parent contact info, waivers and forms (telling you if those have or haven't been submitted), as well as other information. There are multiple was to access the pre-created Check-in report.
 
To access the report for a single session only:
  1. On Home tab, click desired season name 
  2. Click Sessions tab
  3. Select desired session
  4. On right, click Run reports dropdown
  5. Select Check-in report
To access the report for all or multiple sessions:
  1. On Home tab, click desired season name 
  2. Click Reports tab
  3. Select Check-in report
  4. Check box beside desired session(s)
  5. Click Download report

Note: Once downloaded, click the icon at the bottom of the screen to open the report.
