Custom Reports can be grouped by different criteria for easier views of information. Groupings can be done by a column in the report, such as session name, or by a registration form question that is not in the report. Records in the report will be grouped by the results of the data or by different answers to the question. To group custom reports, follow these steps:
  1. Under desired season name, click Reports
  2. Click New custom report
  3. Click Customize 
  4. Choose Group records
  5. In pop up, click Group by drop down menu
  6. Choose group provided 
  • To group by different registration questions 
    1. Choose Other registration questions
    2. Click Select question drop down menu 
    3. Choose desired question
  1. Click Group records
  • Note: A group can be minimized by clicking the arrow beside the group name in the grey group header
