Unable to View All Information on the HOME Screen


If you are experiencing an issue with your icons not being available on the HOME screen of your database, please follow the steps listed for each browser to clear your cache and cookies to resolve the issue.

Clear cache and cookies in Mozilla Firefox:

Method 1:
  1. Open Firefox
  2. Select Open menu icon in top right  User-added image
  3. Select History
  4. Click Clear Recent History
  5. Select Clear Now
  6. Close all instances of Firefox and re-open
    • Note: In general, default settings do not need to be changed
Method 2:
  1. Open Firefox
  2. Hold down Ctrl, Shift, and Delete keys simultaneously
    • Note: Clear All History pop-up will appear
  3. Select Clear Now
  4. Close all instances of Firefox and re-open
    • Note: In general, default settings do not need to be changed
Clear cache and cookies in Internet Explorer: 

Method 1:
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Select Tools icon User-added image
  3. Click Internet Options
  4. Under Browsing history, select Delete...
    • Note: A pop-up will appear with a list of things that can be deleted. In general, the default options do not need to be changed
  5. Select Delete
  6. Close all windows using Internet Explorer and re-open
Method 2:
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Hold down Ctrl, Shift, and Delete keys simultaneously
    • Note: Delete Browsing History pop-up will appear
  3. Check the boxes labeled Cookies and website data and Temporary Internet files and website files
  4. Uncheck all other boxes
  5. Click Delete
  6. Close all instances of Internet Explorer and re-open

Clear Cache and Cookies in Chrome

Method 1:
  1. Open Chrome
  2. Click on Customize button on upper right hand corner User-added image
  3. Choose Settings from drop down menu
  4. Click History on top left of page
  5. Click Clear Browsing Data button
  6. Click Clear Browsing Data button on pop-up window
  7. Close all instances of Chrome and re-open
    • Note: In general, default settings do not need to be changed
Method 2:
  1. Open Chrome
  2. Hold down Ctrl and H keys simultaneously
  3. Click Clear Browsing Data button
  4. Click Clear Browsing Data button on pop-up window
  5. Close all instances of Chrome and re-open
    • Note: In general, default settings do not need to be changed
  • Once you have cleared cache and cookies in your browser, please close all programs and the browser window. Reopen the browser and sign back into Camp and Class Manager.
