Camper notes allow an organization to keep records of various events and information when a specific field is not available.

Additionally, camper notes can be created and managed in the Person summary and Registration summary views for any camper in a family, or for the family as a whole. The contents of notes can be viewed by clicking on the title of a note, and they can also be included in a custom report.

To add a Camper Note:

  1. Click People tab
  2. Locate and select participant 
  3. Click +Add Note
  4. Add text
  5. Select type of note
  6. Set whether or not note is important
  7. Save
