Follow the instructions below to request additional permissions to be configured for your API Token. By default the API Token only includes permissions for Timer related calls.
  1. Request Timing API Token
  2. Send email to Support team clientcare@activenetwork.com with the following details
    • Subject: Request for Additional API Permissions & Agency ID
    • Organization Name
    • API Token
  3. Our support team will then create an internal request to have your Token updated, then confirm with you via email once complete

Note: Provide and verify the API link and parameters used to make the call. This will help us to know exactly what API permissions are needed.
