Follow the instructions below to request additional permissions to be configured for your API Token. By default the API Token only includes permissions for Timer related calls.
- Request Timing API Token
- Send email to Support team clientcare@activenetwork.com with the following details
- Subject: Request for Additional API Permissions & Agency ID
- Organization Name
- API Token
- Our support team will then create an internal request to have your Token updated, then confirm with you via email once complete
Note: Provide and verify the API link and parameters used to make the call. This will help us to know exactly what API permissions are needed.
