Below are the instructions to add custom form questions:
- Open Your Event after Logging ACTIVEWorks Endurance
- Select Setup > Step 6: Form questions
- Click Edit form
- Select Custom questions
- Select to create a desired question format
- Type in Question label accordingly
- Note: Question label is what will be displayed to the public
- Set the desired custom form question
- Under Options, this is where you can adjust the availability settings (e.g whether you would like to have to require a response for this certain question)
- You may also add this question to Form Question for Someone Else,so that it will appear on all of your registration forms.
- You may also Adjust Advanced Settings in Form Questions
- Click Apply
- Click Save to return to Step 6: Form questions
