Form questions are fields presented to registrants - this information then becomes available to your organization. Team members in a group registration team (including the captain) have a special set of questions that are asked. Below are instructions to configure and manage team questions after Logging in to ACTIVEWorks Endurance and proceeding through Form Questions (Step 6).
1. On page Form Questions (Step 6), click Team Member tab 2. Click Edit form 3. Create new questions by selecting Custom questions or choosing one of the templates on the left 4. On Edit properties page complete fields as necessary 5. Click Apply 6. Click Save
