Cancel and Refund Express Registration
Below instructions are to cancel and refund express registrations after Log in to ACTIVEWorks Endurance with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account:
- Click to open your event
- Click Express Registration
- Check desired express registrant name > Click View
- Click Actions on the right of Order ID
- Select Cancel
- Check item to be cancelled and enter Refund Amount
- Click Next to complete refund process
