Below instructions are to cancel and refund express registrations after Log in to ACTIVEWorks Endurance with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account:
  1. Click to open your event
  2. Click Express Registration
  3. Check desired express registrant name > Click View

  1. Click Actions on the right of Order ID
  2. Select Cancel

  1. Check item to be cancelled and enter Refund Amount
  2. Click Next to complete refund process
