Determining if Registrant is in a Packet Pick-up Group with Onsite App

You can tell if a registrant is in a Packet Pick-up Group, by viewing registrants listed of the Packet Pick-up Group in our Onsite App. You will need to use the app during packet pick up to verify the group members.

Below are the steps:

1. Login your account in On-site app
2. Select one of your events
3. Click CHECK IN
4. Enter their Packet Pick-up Group name to search
5. Click the Packet Pick-up Group name from the search result returned
6. View all registrants of this group on the next page
