Enable Pre-Paid Teams

Prepaid teams allow team captains and event directors to prepay for team members. Once a team registration is prepaid, the captain or event director can send an invitation to the team member. The invitation contains a special registration link that the team member can use to register for the team.

Below are instructions to enable prepaid teams (after configuring self-registration team setup).
  1. From Organization Dashboard, click Event Name under Your Events
  2. Click Setup tab
  3. Click Self-registration team setup under Event setup
  4. Check boxes for Enable pre-pay options
    1. Event organizers: Allows an event organizer to pay the team creation fee (could be used due to capacity or space in the event)
    2. Team captains (recommended): If a team creation fee exists, then the team captain is responsible for paying this fee during registration and checkout
  5. Click Save & Continue
