Member - Imported Members to Activate Membership Status

Once external members are imported, the initial membership status will be Migrating. A system automatic email subject starting with "Please activate your XXXXX membership(s)" is sent to their membership email address for activation. The following steps are required to activate migrated membership:
  1. Click link provided in system emails

  1. Existing ACTIVE.com users will be required to log in. If emails are not registered on ACTIVE.com before, please create an account by providing password > Continue

  1. Complete other steps as required depending on Data Migration configuration. Membership is activated successfully once reach the screen below

  1. Click GO TO MY ACCOUNT to login Member Portal and verify membership status is Active
