Once external members are imported, the initial membership status will be
Migrating. A system automatic email subject starting with "
Please activate your XXXXX membership(s)" is sent to their membership email address for activation. The following steps are required to activate migrated membership:
- Click link provided in system emails
- Existing ACTIVE.com users will be required to log in. If emails are not registered on ACTIVE.com before, please create an account by providing password > Continue
- Complete other steps as required depending on Data Migration configuration. Membership is activated successfully once reach the screen below
- Click GO TO MY ACCOUNT to login Member Portal and verify membership status is Active
