New: Defer Payment Team Captain - Push the Event Fee Back to Team Member

If a defer payment team's captain doesn't want to pay for a specific team member, the team captain can kick the payment back to the team member from MYEVENTS – Team Center.

Below are steps for team captain to kick the payment back to a specific registrant: 
  1. Sign-in to myevents.active.com with the account you used to register
  2. Find your registration
  3. Press Team Center button
  4. Locate the member in Team members section
  5. Click on the more icon next to this team member

  1. Click Send payment to member
  2. Select Yes for Are you sure you want to send the payment to this member?
  3. The below notification email with an unique payment link will be sent to the team member for payment
