- Consumer absorbed processing fee

- Payment status
To download defer team payment report:
- Sign-in to myevents.active.com with the account you used to register
- Locate your registration
- click Team center
- Under PENDING PAYMENT>Pay now button, click Download details
- Note: Please wait 5 minutes for the data synchronization to complete if your downloaded data appears inaccurate.
