Remittances for new accounts are temporarily placed on hold for 45 days from the date of the first transaction.

Editing or updating accounts will also place the account on temporary hold for 45 days.

The hold is for security and fraud protection. All new accounts must undergo this review and validation.

Once the hold is released,Organizations should be able to receive their regular remittance including all held funds.

Note:
Adding a New Payment Account to an existing Organization will not trigger a new account hold.
 Editing an Existing Payment Account will trigger a hold.
