Use these steps to resend an invitation for someone to join your organization as an administrator:
- Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
- Click Settings (top right)
- Click User administration under Account settings
- Check the box next to appropriate user (Status is Invited)
- Click Resend invitation
