What happens when a participant pays for registration with an eCheck?

eChecks take up to 15 days to process. During this time our processing fees will be pulled from the revenue earned through event registrations. After the eCheck has processed and cleared ACTIVE will return the processing fees to your organization’s remittance. Typically this return will show in the following payment period’s payment.
  • Note: If the eCheck​ does not clear, it will be the responsibility of the organization to contact the registrant and request another form of payment. At this time ACTIVE will keep the processing fee pulled from the event’s revenue.
