Follow the steps below if you have purchased a new Option or License subscription and the current version of Meet Manager is already installed, under the same license name, on your computer.
Note: You cannot use a Web Delivery to add any additional licenses to your existing installation of the software. To add additional licenses to one installation you must order a CD Delivery from our Online Store.
- Open Meet Manager
- Click Check for Updates at top of Main Menu to ensure you have latest version
- After updating, click File / License Management
- Ensure license is current/active and select Update License
- In pop-up window enter License Code in email from Hy-Tek Sales
- Click OK
- Note: If you are having trouble connecting to HY-TEK website, you may need to turn off your firewall and re-attempt to connect
