If you are getting unknown error number 5 or 429 when creating reports in Meet Manager, you may follow the solutions below to fix the issue:

Solution 1. Run a repair/compact on your database Solution 2. Install the Meet Manager Demo version
  • Download the Meet Manager Demo here. Refer to article Download and Install MM Demo
  • Note: You do not need to use the demo version. Simply install it and use the full version as before
Solution 3. Perform a clean installation on Meet Manager
