When importing files into Team Manager and you receive "Runtime Error 7 Out of Memory":
  1.  In Team Manager
  2. Select File
  3. Select Repair / Compact Database
  4. Follow prompts to finish process
  • Note:  You will be prompted to create a back-up, if you have not created a back-up recently, do this first
  1. Import file that generated error
If problem persists:
  1. Close Team Manager
  2. Open Team Manager
  3. Import file that generated error
If problem persists:
  1. Repair the Team Manager installation
    1. Via CD: Insert CD
    • Note: If it does not automatically, run setup.exe file from CD-drive
    1. Via web delivery: run setup.exe file in web delivery email
  1. When prompted to select Repair, Modify, or Remove; Select Repair
  2. Follow prompts to finish repair installation
If problem persists:
  1. Do a clean install of Team Manager 
If problem persists:
  1. Ensure Team Manager installed under User Profile, not Admin Profile
