In Swim Manager, the “From” email address is fixed as no-reply@active.com to ensure reliable delivery and prevent bouncebacks.
- The “From” address is fixed and cannot be changed.
- The Reply-To field is pre-filled with your Organization Email Address and can be updated. When recipients reply, their responses go to the address listed in the Reply-To field.
