A timer may use the below instructions to install Tag Scanner on a windows PC.

1. Download Tag Scanner executable (see below)
2. Click Start > Computer
3. Navigate to downloads folder
4. Right click TagScanner.zip
5. Click Extract All...
6. (OPTIONAL) Click Browse to select folder to extract to
7. Click Extract
8. Right click Setup.exe
9. Click Run as Administrator
10. Click Yes on UAC pop-up window
Note: May have to enter administrator credentials
11. Under Welcome to the Tag Scanner Setup Wizard > Click Next > 
12. Under Select Installation Folder > Set installation variables
a. Browse... - select install folder
Note: Default value suggested
b. Disk Cost... - View disk space required
c. Install Tag Scanner for yourself,... - Gives rights to utilize Tag Scanner
Note: Everyone suggested
13. Under Select Installation Folder > Click Next >
14. Under Confirm Installation > Click Next >
15. Under Installation Complete > Click Close
