TeamPages will never delete the extra photos, documents and links that you have added to your TeamPage. However, if your Pro account expired, you will only have access to a limited number of these files. The rest will be displayed but inaccessible to you and your members.
As an admin, there will be a message on your profile that will say that your TeamPages subscription have expired.
For renewing your services, you need to contact your TeamPages Account Manager if your subscription is for Clubs, Leagues, Association or Organization. If you are subscribed to a Single Team subscription, you can go to Settings, click on Upgrade to Pro and follow the checkout process or you can also call the support line 888.620.8717 opt. 3 or send an email to teampagessupport@activenetwork.com.
