If you are a team captain in an event and you bought pre-paid registrations for your members, you'll need to send pre-paid invitations to your members for them to complete registrations. Please refer to the following steps to do so:
- Log into MyEvents
- Navigate to the proper event registration
- Click Invite pre-paid
- Note: if Invite pre-paid button is not presented at the position below, please click into "team center" on the left to find it.
- Insert the email addresses of the team members to invite
- Select which category to invite team members to
- (Optional) Customize email message if necessary
- Click Send email
- Note: An automatic invitation email will be sent to invitee to Accept a Prepaid Invitation
