Below are instructions for team captain to update team password after logging into ACTIVE.com and accessing My Events at https://myevents.active.com.
- Find the target event registration
- Click into Team center
- Click pencil icon on upper-right
- On Edit team info pop-up, find team password in box under Access
- Enter a new password as needed
- Note: You can also toggle team access between public and private.
- Click Save
