Bag owners should send Activity reports out to sponsors upon bag closing to help the sponsor receive their results associated with their placements. Sponsors may often request this information prior to bag closing. You can send this report early but the sponsor will not get the full benefit of the report until after the bag is closed.
- Log into VirtualEventBags.com
- Select bag
- Click Activity Reports from left side
- By email: Scroll down to desired placement and click Email
- Note: Clicking Email button may produce another pop up message to confirm selection. Clicking OK will generate successful message displayed at the top of the screen.
- By PDF: Instead of Email, click PDF and email to sponsor
- By email: Scroll down to desired placement and click Email
