Camp & Class Manager Answers

Credit Balances are credits on the family's account that can be used towards new registrations or current balances on the account. These credits can be applied internally, during a registration, or from within the online account.

Credits can only be added to a families account by cancelling the registration, please see Refunding to an Account Credit Balance.

Credits can be used to pay balance from your admin site and customer's online account.
