Cancel a Registration

This article explains how to cancel a participant’s registration when they request withdrawal or when a session is no longer being offered.

  1. Select People tab
  2. Search and select account or participant name
  3. Select Order number
  4. Select Cancel from Actions drop-down menu
  5. (Optional) Input Charge a cancellation fee amount
    • Note: This option is available only if payments have been made. If no refund is needed, enter the full amount of the registration
  6. Click Continue
  7. (Optional) Select Reallocate credit to be held in the family’s credit balance 
    • Note: Select this option only if you want to keep the credits in the family account for future use. Do not select this option if you want the refund returned to the registrant’s credit card
  8. Review Order summary and Credit to be refunded
  9. Input organization credit card information
    • Note: This is required only for the organization’s first refund. See the article: Request for Credit Card for additional information
  10. Click Submit
​​Note: Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used
Note: If the registration was paid by check or cash, the refund must be issued directly by the organization, as those payments are received outside the system
