You can add an additional parent or guardian to a customer’s account by following the steps below.
  1. Click People tab
  2. Search and click name of customer
  3. Under Current Seasons, select View
    • Note: If there is no View button under Current Seasons, click view past seasons and then click View next to the season name.
  4. Under Forms, select Edit in the right corner
  5. At the bottom of the page, select Add Secondary Parent
    • Note: If the registrant is an adult, the option of Add Secondary Parent is not available
  6. Enter information
  7. Click Save
Note: The Secondary Parent/Guardian question must be enabled on the registration form under the relevant season. For more details, see the article Add Secondary Parent/Guardian Questions
