You can add an additional parent or guardian to a customer’s account by following the steps below.
- Click People tab
- Search and click name of customer
- Under Current Seasons, select View
- Note: If there is no View button under Current Seasons, click view past seasons and then click View next to the season name.
- Under Forms, select Edit in the right corner
- At the bottom of the page, select Add Secondary Parent
- Note: If the registrant is an adult, the option of Add Secondary Parent is not available
- Enter information
- Click Save
